How it is stored: Your photo is stored securely on MOFAMCO's servers and is accessible only to authorized MOFAMCO staff for verification. It will not be shared with any third party.

Your rights: Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. You may contact MOFAMCO at info@mofamco.com to exercise these rights.

MOFAMCO (Mothers and Family Multipurpose Cooperative) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Processing and evaluating your membership application
Managing your cooperative membership account
Providing cooperative services including savings, loans, and other financial products
Compliance with regulatory requirements of the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) and other government agencies
Communication regarding cooperative activities, meetings, and updates

Data Protection: MOFAMCO implements appropriate organizational, physical, and technical security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Data Sharing: Your personal information will not be shared with third parties except when required by law, regulation, or lawful court order, or when necessary for the conduct of cooperative operations with regulatory bodies.
